We want you to be fully satisfied with your K-Swiss purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn sneakers in their original shoebox and pack them into a shipping mailer with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
